How to Eat Me
- Cut open the bag and enjoy cold in salads, sandwiches or on its own
- Boil water in a pot, put the bag in the water when you see small bubbles forming (turn heat down to med), leave in water for 1-3 minutes, cut open the bag and add to any meal
- Cut open the bag and use for omelettes, stir-fry, pasta dishes, pizza toppings, or any other hot meal

Smoked Meat Fried Rice
- Tock's Smoked Meat
- White rice (day old rice is recommended)
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1-2 eggs
- Chopped onion
- Chopped green onion or chives
- Chopped red pepper
- Chopped garlic (optional)
- 1-3 tsp soy sauce
- 1-3 tsp Hot sauce of choice (if you like spice)
- S&P to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Fry eggs in EVOO and set aside
- Fry onions for 90 secs and then add garlic for another 60 secs
- Add red peppers and rice to onions and garlic and fry for 120 secs
- Add soy sauce and hot sauce and toss for 60 secs
- Add eggs and smoked meat and toss for 90 secs while adding S&P
- Put rice in your favorite bowl and top with green onion
