Founder and CMO (Chief Meat Officer) of Tock's Meats, Brian Tock has spent 13 years shaping the food and beverage industry across Asia with innovative and successful restaurant concepts, such as, and Tock's - A Montreal Deli in Shanghai, as well as Morty's in Hong Kong. Driven by an unrelenting passion for quality and a deep enthusiasm for the products he serves, Brian is now bringing his expertise in beef and meats back to his hometown of Montreal—and ultimately North America—with a focus on building a transformative B2B (business to business) and D2C(direct to consumer) cooked meat and deli-style meat business.

Guided by principles of craftsmanship, authenticity, and passion, Brian takes an uncompromising approach—sourcing antibiotic and hormone-free meats and transforming them into nitrate- and preservative-free products with bold, delicious flavors, all the while staying committed to making life simpler for his customers.
