  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Garlic
  • Spices
  • NO nitrates, celery salts, preservatives, additives or any other "shelf life" extending ingredient

How to Eat Me

  1. Cut open the bag and enjoy cold in salads, sandwiches or on its own
  2. Cut open the bag, turn on a frying pan and grill the meats 1-2 minutes per side
  3. Cut open the bag and use for omelettes, stir-fry, pasta dishes, pizza toppings, or any other hot meal

  1. Spicy Porchetta Sandwich
  • Tock's Porchetta
  • Bread of choice
  • Italian Hot Peppers or Spicy Jardinere
  • Chopped Lettuce of choice
  • Cheese of choice (provolone recommend)
  • Thin sliced red onion
  • 1 tsp dijon, 1/2 tsp hot sauce with 2 tsp Mayonnaise

    2. Porchetta, Rapini and Smashed Potatoes

  • Tock's Porchetta
  • Potatoes of choice
  • Rapini
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F
  2. Boil potatoes to 90% done
  3. Smash potatoes add EVOO and S&P
  4. Cook potatoes for 30-45 mins
  5. Put Porchetta into oven for last 5 mins
  6. Sautee rapini with garlic, butter and S&P
