How to Eat Me
- Cut open the bag and enjoy cold in salads, sandwiches or on its own
- Boil water in a pot, put the bag in the water when you see small bubbles forming (turn heat down to med), leave in water for 1-3 minutes, cut open the bag and add to any meal
- Cut open the bag and use for omelettes, stir-fry, pasta dishes, pizza toppings, or any other hot meal

Smoked Brisket & Mashed Potatoes

- Potatoes of choice
- Onions and Mushrooms of choice
- 1tsp EVOO
- 1/4 Milk
- 1-2 tbsp Butter
- S&P to taste
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce of choice
Cooking Instructions
- Boil potatoes with a pinch of salt
- Strain potatoes, put back in pot and mash
- Add milk and butter to potatoes with S&P for taste
- Heat up pan add 1-2tsp of EVOO and sautee onions and mushrooms
- Put veg aside, add 1 tsp of EVOO to pan and fry smoked brisket for 120 secs
- Plate meat, mashed and veg and top brisket with BBQ sauce
